Narwool terms of use

Narwool is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "standard EULA"). That agreement is what applies. The summary below is here to make it easier to read, and doesn't change it.

In plain language

• You're licensed to use Narwool, not sold it. You can use it on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow, including through Family Sharing.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer it. The app and its design belong to Programmatic Whales.
• Narwool Premium is sold through Apple, as a yearly subscription or a lifetime unlock. Apple handles payment and refunds; see reportaproblem.apple.com. The details are below.
• Your projects are yours. We don't collect them. How Narwool handles data is in the privacy policy.
• Support comes from us, not Apple. Visit Narwool support or email support@programmaticwhales.com.
• The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep your count right, but to the extent the law allows, we can't be held liable for losses from using it. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected.
• The license ends if you break its terms. If that happens, you must stop using the app.

Narwool Premium

Counting is free. Narwool Premium adds more, and you can get it two ways, both of which support Family Sharing. Prices below are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your currency, including any tax, before you confirm.

• Yearly subscription: $19.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription and your Apple Account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. It then renews automatically each year at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before then. Any unused part of the free trial ends if you buy the lifetime unlock.
• Lifetime unlock: $39.99, paid once. It doesn't renew, and includes every Premium feature now and in the future.
• Managing or cancelling. Manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If Premium ends, your projects stay yours and counting stays free; Premium features and more than three active projects need Premium again.
